He suggests three steps simple strategy, developed by Shaun Hadsal, to burn your fat not the necessary sugar.
Step 1 – Consuming non-starchy foods and fruits three to four days in a row in the week makes your body to burn fat not glycogen or stored energy of your body. With this eating protein keep make your body burn fat and to increase satiety.
Step 2 – Increasing intake of cruciferous veggies and friendly foods like olive oil, grass fed butter, coconut oil or raw nuts will increase friendly fats which your body needs as you go through any fitness and fat burning program.
They will take your body fiber, vitamin and minerals needed to fat melting into your body.
Step 3 – Increasing your water during this will help you most as every carb in your body holds nearly 3 grams of water. This means few pizza slices, bread pieces and a cup of ice cream will put 700 to 1000 grams water placed under your belly. Intake of extra water will remove the damage of over eating besides ending excess water retention.
