For one, almost all commercial brands of ketchup contain high fructose corn syrup, which has the worst carb ever putting your belly and body fat.
“I’d honestly rather eat a processed white-bread bun than to consume high fructose corn syrup. Not that either are a good choice, but the bun is definitely the lesser of two evils,” Josh further wrote.
Josh suggested, rather another ingredient, which is much healthier than ketchup giving you the taste you want. It is Salsa!
All you have to do is to avoid dousing your burger with ketchup, but use mild salsa. This will make your burger wet as well as tasty besides keeping you away from sugar fat and high fructose corn syrup.
Salsa contains on average 1/3rd the calories and 8xs less sugar than ketchup.
