Pakistan finds midway to Saudi Arabia and Iranian ties

pakistan-iran-and-saudiKARACHI – Probably a midway to have good ties both with Iran and Saudi Arabia, Pakistan warships will hold joint exercise with Iranian navy on Tuesday.

The joint drill between Pakistan and Iranian warships will be held at Strait of Hormuz, said an official of Iranian Navy.

Second-in-command of the navy for operatioins, Rear Admiral Shahram Irani, Pakistan warships will be anchoring at Bandar Abbas, the southern port city of Iran, for four days.

“Iranian and Pakistani naval authorities will hold meetings during the Pakistani fleet’s stay,” he further said.

In recent days, a donation of $1.5 billion from Saudi Arabia has been discussed as the bone of contention with some analysts showing concerns over it.

Seems to promptly taking action of such rumours, Pakistan and Iran have decided to go through a joint drill to dismiss any rumours about their ties.

On the other hand, reports have emerged indicating that Pakistan could help some of countries Khaleej to strengthen their armies as well selling its arms.
