Here is a 10-step guideline for iOS 7 Safari crashing on your iPhone 5 or iPhone 5S. Similar tips could also be applied in older devices with iOS operating system.

  1. Open Cydia
  2. Go to manage (At the bottom of cydia)
  3. Tap on Packages.
  4. find gzip and tap it.
  5. Tap modify at the top right corner and select reinstall.
  6. Tap installed at the top left corner (to go back one time)
  7. Find UIKit Tools and Tap it.
  8. Tap modify at the top right corner and select reinstall.
  9. Reboot device when Prompted.
  10. Safari and mail should now work.
